01Is Convomatic an official WhatsApp platform?
We build on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API from Meta. Your business is verified by Meta directly and your WhatsApp Business Account is created in your own name — we are the software layer on top of it, not a reseller of it.
02What does it cost to send messages?
Meta charges for conversations at its own published rates and bills you for them. We do not resell message credits or add a margin. Our pricing covers the platform itself.
03Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes, as long as it is not currently active on the WhatsApp consumer or Business app. You can migrate it, or start with a fresh number and keep the old one running while you switch.
04Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. Connecting your number, importing contacts, building flows and launching campaigns are all done in the dashboard. Webhooks and a campaign API are there when your team wants them.
05How long does approval take?
Number connection is usually the same day. Message templates are reviewed by Meta and normally come back within a few hours; the dashboard tracks each one’s status for you.
06What happens to my data if I leave?
Contacts, conversations and reports can be exported at any time, and the WhatsApp Business Account is yours to move to another platform. There is no lock-in on the number or the templates.
